Mission :
In conjunction with the Europe service team, you will be required to support the team in carrying out the following missions:
- Support for setting up European projects: support for the drafting of grant application forms, verification of the eligibility rules and the completeness of files,
- Support for the management of European projects: maintenance of operational and financial monitoring tools: calendar, budget, performance indicators, timesheets, etc.
- National and community regulatory watch: updating of tools for monitoring existing funding mechanisms, pre-eligibility for prospecting projects, active monitoring of current or future calls for projects
- The development of training: develop the visibility of the firm's training offer, work on innovative media and distribution channels.
The mission is to discover the profession of consultant in setting up and managing public and European funds.
Job requirements:
You are preparing for a bac + 3 level training (license) in the field of public management / public law / European law / project management and you are looking for a work-study contract.
You are rigorous, autonomous and like to work in a team. You have a certain taste for the public domain and its tools.
You master the Office Pack.
Place of realization: Aix en Provence (Domaine du Petit Arbois).
Duration: up to 12 months (according to your institution's agreement)
Remuneration at the conventional salary work-study contract + Restaurant vouchers
Possibility of hiring at the end of the work-study contract.
