Mission
In conjunction with the Europe service team, you will be required to support the team in carrying out the following missions:
– L’appui au montage de projets européens : appui à la rédaction de formulaires de demandes de subventions, vérification des règles d’éligibilité et de la complétude des dossiers,
– L’appui à la gestion de projets européens : tenue des outils de suivi opérationnels et financiers : calendrier, budget, indicateurs de réalisation, feuilles de temps…
– La veille règlementaire nationale et communautaire : mise à jour des outils de suivi des dispositifs existants de financement, pré-éligibilité aux dispositifs de projets de prospects, veille active sur les appels à projets en cours ou à venir
– Le développement des formations : développer la visibilité de l’offre de formations du cabinet, travailler sur des supports et des canaux de diffusion novateurs.

Job requirements:
Vous préparez une formation en licence, master 1 ou master 2 dans le domaine du management public / droit public / droit européen / gestion de projets et vous recherchez un contrat d’alternance.
You are rigorous, autonomous and like to work in a team. You have a certain taste for the public domain and its tools.
You master the Office Pack.
Places of realization: Aix en Provence (Domaine du Petit Arbois).
Duration: up to 12 months (according to your institution's agreement)
Remuneration at the conventional salary work-study contract + Restaurant vouchers
Possibility of hiring at the end of the work-study contract.
