Mission
In conjunction with the Europe service team, you will be required to support the team in carrying out the following missions:
– Support for setting up European projects: support for drafting grant application forms, checking eligibility rules and the completeness of files,
– Support for the management of European projects: maintaining operational and financial monitoring tools: calendar, budget, achievement indicators, time sheets, etc.
– National and community regulatory monitoring: updating tools for monitoring existing financing schemes, pre-eligibility for prospect project schemes, active monitoring of current or future calls for projects
– Training development: developing the visibility of the firm’s training offering, working on innovative media and distribution channels.
The mission is to discover the profession of consultant in setting up and managing public and European funds.
Job requirements:
You are preparing a bachelor's, master 1 or master 2 course in the field of public management / public law / European law / project management and you are looking for a work-study contract.
You are rigorous, autonomous and like to work in a team. You have a certain taste for the public domain and its tools.
You master the Office Pack.
Places of realization: Aix en Provence (Domaine du Petit Arbois).
Duration: up to 12 months (according to your institution's agreement)
Remuneration at the conventional salary work-study contract + Restaurant vouchers
Possibility of hiring at the end of the work-study contract.
