Support Setting up and management of innovative projects
Axess Développement is a human-sized firm specializing in technical support for obtaining and managing public and European funds.
Our consulting firm has 7 employees, it is based in the heart of the Arbois technology park in Aix en Provence.
Specialized in the field of innovation, Axess Développement is active in the field and is in full development of activity.
Axess development counts among its clients SMEs, laboratories, universities, communities, large groups, associations all working for the competitiveness and innovation of our territory.
Mission
You will be required to support the team in carrying out the following missions:
- The search for a financing window:
- Monitoring of financing windows (updating the database, producing window presentation sheets)
- Search for financing opportunities for a client's project: search and presentation of project financing windows
- Support for setting up national and European projects: support for drafting grant application forms, checking eligibility rules and the completeness of files, rereading the project and checking the various milestones of a project (planning, content, adequacy with funding criteria)
- Financial reporting linked to grant management: analysis of expenditure, verification of the forecast budget, control of expenditure and preparation of supporting documents
- Support for the management of European projects: maintaining operational monitoring tools and
financial: calendar, budget, performance indicators, time sheets, etc. - National and community regulatory monitoring: updating of monitoring tools for existing financing schemes, pre-eligibility for prospect project schemes, active monitoring of current or future calls for projects and calls for tenders
Job requirements:
You are preparing a Master 2 training in project management, European studies, and you
looking for an end-of-studies internship.
You are rigorous, autonomous and like to work in a team. You are dynamic and curious. You have a certain taste for the public domain and its tools.
You master the Office Pack.
Fluency in English would be a plus.
Places of realization: Aix en Provence (Domaine du Petit Arbois)
Duration: 6 months (according to your establishment's agreement)
Remuneration at the conventional trainee salary + Restaurant vouchers
Possibility of hiring at the end of the internship
